1.  How Do I Pay For My Order?

I accept payment via PayPal. Note, you can also pay using your credit card via PayPal.
The PayPal ‘Seller’ listed on the order form will say “Robert Hinsey”. This is the name on our PayPal account
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can open one here. http://paypal.com.

2.  What Are Your Shipping Policies and Rates?

I ship to US, Canada and International ‘Verified’ Pay Pal addresses. All items ship United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail.

US Shipping Transit Times – 2 to 5 Business Days
Canada Shipping Transit Times – 5 to 10 Business Days
International Shipping Transit Times – 2 to 4 Weeks

International orders do not include a tracking number. I am not responsible for taxes or duties on items shipped to your country. Please also check the laws of your country regarding receiving jewelry through the mail before you order.

Your order will ship within 1 business day of receipt via USPS First Class mail. I make every effort to ship the very next business day, if possible, excluding US holidays.

All items are carefully wrapped and ship in protected standard shipping envelopes.

Shipping Rates:

For Orders Under $25.00:
US Lower 48 States: $3.00     Hawaii and Alaska: $4.00     Canada: $4.00     International: $5.00

For Orders $25.00 and over:
US Lower 48 States: $4.00     Hawaii and Alaska: $5.00     Canada: $5.00     International: $7.00

3.  Do You Have A Guarantee or Refund Policy?

Your absolute satisfaction with my work is guaranteed. I want happy customers!  Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item if there is a problem with your order. I will either refund your purchase price (less shipping) or work with you to make it right.  Shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.  Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Yes, time permitting.  Please contact me at carla@nativeworksjewelry.com to request a custom order and we can discuss the details, pricing, etc.

5.  What About My Personal Information and a Privacy Policy?

I take my customer’s privacy very seriously.  All information collected is for the sole purpose of processing your order via PayPal’s secure interface.  I do not store your personal information nor do I rent, sell or otherwise distribute your personal information to others.
